Questions about official Gulf County criminal records belong with the office that created or maintains the file. The contacts below route court cases to the Clerk, sheriff reports to GCSO, custody questions to the detention facility, and statewide history requests to FDLE.

This Is Not a Government Office. This privately operated resource cannot retrieve records, conduct official checks, correct government files, or accept Florida sealing or expunction papers.

Need an Official Record?

  • Statewide criminal history and personal review: use the Florida Department of Law Enforcement
  • City police reports: request the narrative from Port St. Joe or Wewahitchka, whichever department created it

The Clerk and GCSO are separate custodians. A docket or judgment belongs with the Clerk, while a sheriff incident or arrest report belongs with the Gulf County Sheriff’s Office records custodian.
